Fall 2023 Open House

Please join us for a unique opportunity to experience what makes Saint Simon the right choice for so many families. Our fall open houses will be held on:
Tuesday, November 14th at 6:00 PM and
Wednesday, November 15th at 9:00 AM

The open house will begin in the Parish Life Center, located on the North side of our campus, off of Oaklandon Road. Students entering grades 3-7 are invited to attend.

SCHOOL HOURS:    Grades K through 8   7:45 am – 2:50 pm


Preschool (3 years) OPTIONS:

Full day program - 1 classroom 7:45 am – 2:45 pm

1. Monday-Friday
2. Monday, Wednesday & Friday
3. Tuesday & Thursday

Pre-Kindergarten (4 years) OPTIONS:

Full day program - 2 classrooms    7:45 am – 2:45 pm

1. Monday-Friday
2. Monday, Wednesday & Friday

APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT: Applications for the 2022-2023 school year will be available on November 10th and due February 1st. Rolling Admissions therafter.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

Children need to be 5 years old by September 1st to apply for Kindergarten. Children need to be 4 years old by September 1st to apply for Pre - Kindergarten.
Children need to be 3 years old by August 1st to apply for Preschool.

EXTENDED CARE: A morning care program is offered starting at 7:00 am and an after school care program is available for all students from 2:50 pm until 6:00 pm on full days of school. After school care is not available on early release days.

CLASSROOM CAPACITY: Kindergarten through 8 ^th grade has approximately 78 students per grade level with a maximum of three homerooms each.

TUITION: Tuition for the 2022-2023 school year is posted on the Tuition page, under Admissions. The 2022-2023 tuition will be available in May 2022. Tuition assistance is available for families that qualify. Saint Simon the Apostle is voucher approved.

Saint Simon uses FACTS mangement system for tuition collection. All families must enroll in FACTS.
